Your profile: name, handle and email

Your profile is in two places. Your real name is on the Account page and never shows to other players. Your public name is on the Progress page.

How do I change my name?

Open Account, go to Profile, edit First name or Last name, and press Save. Only the first name is required. Names cannot contain links.

How do I change the name other players see?

Open Progress, go to Settings, edit Name on the leaderboards and press Save. You start as something like Driver-3A419A. It takes 3 to 24 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores, starting with a letter or digit. Some words are refused, and a taken name asks you to try another.

Can I set my country?

Yes, in the same Settings. Country is optional, two letters like ES, and yours to choose. It opens the Country leaderboard.

Can I change my email address?

Not in the app: Your email can't be changed yet. If you need it corrected, write to us from that address. You have a right to rectification. We do not have an automated way to do this, so a person handles it.

The email on your Stripe invoices is separate, and you can change it under Manage billing.
