Passwords, lockouts, devices, language, your data and deleting it all.
- Change your passwordChange it from your Account page if you know the current one. Your other devices are signed out and this one stays in.
- Reset a forgotten passwordAsk for a link on the log-in page. It lasts one hour, unlocks a locked account and signs you out everywhere.
- Locked out of your accountFive failed attempts lock an account for 15 minutes. The login gives the same message either way, and a password reset lifts it.
- Sessions and devicesHow long you stay signed in, how to sign out everywhere, and why the app can ask you to log in again.
- Change the languageThe ES and EN switch changes this device. The language in your account also decides your emails. Here is how to set both.
- Your profile: name, handle and emailYour first name, the name on the leaderboards, your country, and what to do about your email address, which the app cannot change.
- Connected accounts and social loginToday you sign in with an email and a password. There is no Google, Apple or other login to connect.
- Guest progress and merging it into an accountWhat moves when a guest signs up, what does not, how the site's local streak is claimed, and what the limits are.
- Export your dataDownload everything we hold about your account as a JSON file, from your Account page, whenever you like.
- Delete your accountIt happens at once and cannot be undone. What goes, what stays, and what can stop it, such as other members on a Club account.
- Minimum age: under 16Accounts, plans and the newsletter are for people aged 16 or older. What that means for younger players and for parents.
