What each plan includes, prices, renewal, changing or cancelling, invoices and your rights.
- What each plan includesFree, Driver, Collector and Club, feature by feature, with their limits. The daily of every game stays free on every plan.
- Prices, annual billing and VATEvery paid plan is charged once a year, in advance. The monthly figure is what that comes to. Prices include VAT.
- Why you cannot buy a plan yetPaid plans are not on sale. The Plan page shows the prices but no way to pay. What that means, and what you can do today.
- Buying a planEach step of checkout from the Plan page, the two boxes you must tick and what you get afterwards. Only when sales are open.
- Renewal and remindersPlans renew automatically every year. We email a reminder 30 days before, with the date and the amount.
- Moving to a higher planA move up starts at once. You pay only the difference for the time left in your year, and your renewal date stays the same.
- Moving to a lower planA move down starts at your next renewal. You keep what you paid for until then, with no charge and no refund, and you can take it back.
- Cancel your planCancel any time from Manage billing. You keep the plan until the paid year ends and it does not renew. No data is deleted.
- Invoices, billing details and tax IDDownload invoices and change your card, billing address or tax ID on Stripe's page, through Manage billing.
- Your 14-day right of withdrawalWhat the terms say about withdrawing from a purchase: the two boxes at checkout, and how to use the right if you have it.
- Failed payments and the 14-day graceIf a renewal cannot be charged, you keep your plan for 14 days from the first failure. After that you move to Free, and no data is deleted.
- RefundsThe terms in plain words: no refund for the rest of a paid year, apart from the right of withdrawal and your statutory rights.
