Club Night for hosts

A live quiz: the questions on your big screen, the answers on everyone's phones. It needs the Club plan, and you must be the account's owner or an admin. There are no prizes and no XP. Honour only.
Run it
- Open the Club page and find Host a Club Night.
- Choose a Marque, the Questions (5 to 30) and Seconds each (10 to 60). Press Open a room.
- Put that page on the big screen. It shows "Join at app.myhangar.ai/night with" and an 8-character code.
- When people are in, press Start the night.
- For each question: wait for the timer or press Close this question. The right answer and the counts appear on screen. Press Show the standings, then Next question.
- After the last one, press Finish the night.
Other controls
Lock the room stops new people joining. Removing a player is next to their name in Players. End the night stops at any point. After it finishes, Export CSV downloads the results.
Scoring
1,000 for an instant right answer, falling to 500 at the buzzer. Wrong or no answer scores 0. Each player's phone shows their own result only after the question closes.
If something goes wrong
Every step is saved, so a server restart resumes where it was. Rooms close 6 hours after they stop moving. "Too many players are live right now" means our one server is at its limit of 500 players across all rooms: try again soon. Your plan must still be active to start a night.
The app uses the marque's daily-style questions for a night. It does not offer a choice of game today.
