Reset a forgotten password

Forgot your password? We email a link to choose a new one. It lasts one hour and works once.

Reset it

  1. Go to Reset your password, also reached with Forgot your password? on the log-in page.
  2. Enter your email and press Send link.
  3. Open the email with the subject Reset your My Hangar password, and press the link.
  4. Enter a New password and press Save password.
  5. Log in with the new password.

What else it does

It signs you out on every device, ends any lockout and, if the address had never been confirmed, counts as confirming it.

If no email arrives

The page says "If that address has an account, a link is on its way" whoever asks, and an address with no account gets nothing. See not receiving our emails. You can ask once a minute.
