Photos not loading

Every photo comes from one host, media.myhangar.ai. If it is blocked or slow, photo questions stay empty.

What should I check?

• Your connection: try a different network.
• A content blocker, or a work or school network that filters by domain: allow media.myhangar.ai.
• Reload the page. Your round keeps its place.

What about the clock?

It starts when the photo has appeared, at most three seconds after we send it. So a slow photo costs you up to three seconds, and a photo that never appears still runs out the clock. A refresh does not restart it. See if a round is interrupted.

Only one photo is wrong

After you answer, press Report a mistake. See reporting a question.

A timed-out photo cost me my round

We cannot change a round already played. If it keeps happening, write to us with your device and network.
