You can download a copy of everything we hold about your account, at any time, with one button.
Download it
- Open Account and go to Your data.
- Press Download my data.
- Your browser saves
my-hangar-data.json.
What is in it
Your profile and consents, your plan and billing records, the marques you follow, your club, your rounds and answers, XP, streak days, rating and badges, your newsletter records, leagues, duels, custom challenges, Club Nights and invitations, and a list of emails we have sent you, with subject and date but not the body.
JSON is a plain text format. Any text editor opens it, though it is built for machines.
Guests and newsletter subscribers
A guest has no export button, only delete. If you want a copy of a guest's data, write to us. A newsletter subscriber without an account can download their records from the preferences page.
