Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any moment. It takes effect at once and there is no way back, so download your data first if you want a copy.
Delete it
- Open Account and go to Delete account.
- Press Delete my account.
- Enter your password.
- Press Delete permanently.
What goes
Your profile, sessions, followed marques, club, rounds, XP, streak, rating and badges, and your newsletter subscription. You disappear from the leaderboards. Any league you own is deleted, for everyone in it.
What stays
- Invoices. Issued invoices stay at Stripe, which offers no way to delete them. Purchase records are kept for six years after the purchase, then deleted.
- Your address on a suppression list, only so that it is never emailed again.
If you have a paid plan
Your subscription is cancelled straight away, with no refund for the rest of the year apart from your statutory rights. If you were thinking of leaving at the end of the year, cancel instead and delete later.
If it refuses
"Your account still has other members. They need to leave first." appears when you own a Club account with people on its seats. Remove them or make someone else the owner first.
