Buying a plan

Plans are not on sale yet. Once they are, this is what happens. Only the account's owner can buy.

Buy it

  1. Open Plan and press Choose Driver, or the plan you want.
  2. Read the summary: you pay the yearly amount today, VAT included, and it renews every year until you cancel.
  3. Tick I ask My Hangar to start my subscription immediately.
  4. Tick I acknowledge that, once it starts, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.
  5. Press Pay and the amount. Stripe's page opens.
  6. Enter your card and billing address, and a tax ID if you have one.
  7. Stripe brings you back: "You now have Driver. We've emailed you the details of your contract."

The boxes are separate because the law asks for each one. Without both, the plan cannot start at checkout. See your withdrawal rights.

Afterwards

The email is your contract: keep it. Your invoice comes from Stripe. If confirmation takes a while, the page says so, your plan changes as soon as it arrives, and you get an email. If it says "This checkout has expired, and nothing was charged", start again.

Messages you may meet

"You already have a subscription" means you should change plan instead. "This plan can't be bought right now" means the price at Stripe differs from the one we show, so we refuse the sale rather than charge a surprise. Try again later.
