Your 14-day right of withdrawal

This is what our terms say, in their own words. If there is any doubt, the terms and your statutory rights decide, not this page.

The rule

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, by email to [email protected]. Any money due back is returned within 14 days, by the same payment method.

The boxes at checkout

Your subscription starts immediately, because at checkout you ask for it to start and acknowledge that, once it does, you lose this right. If you do not give both, we cannot start your plan at checkout. If the law nonetheless gives you the right in your case, you can still use it, and you would then pay only for the part of the service already provided.

How to ask

Write to us from the account's address, before the 14 days end, saying clearly that you are withdrawing. There is no form to fill in. We keep a record of the two boxes, with the time and the wording, and your contract email states them too.
