Moving to a higher plan

Moving up starts now. You pay only the difference for the time left in your year, and your renewal date stays the same. It needs an open sale and is for the account's owner.

Move up

  1. Open Plan and press Move to, under the plan you want.
  2. Read the amount: "You pay ... today, VAT included: the difference for the time left in your year."
  3. Tick the two boxes, as when buying.
  4. Press Confirm.

If your card is refused or asks for confirmation

Stripe's page opens with the invoice. Pay it there, and the plan changes when you do. Left unpaid, the change lapses after 23 hours and nothing has changed. If Stripe has no such page to offer: "Your card was refused, so nothing has changed. Update it under Manage billing."

If it will not let you

  • "Your subscription is set to end. Renew it under Manage billing first."
  • "Update your payment method under Manage billing first."
  • "Take back the plan change you scheduled first." See downgrading.
