Moving to a lower plan

Moving down starts at your next renewal. You keep what you paid for until then, with no refund and no charge.

Move down

  1. Open Plan and press Move to, under the lower plan.
  2. Read it: "Nothing changes today, and there's no refund for the year you've paid."
  3. Press Confirm.

Your plan now reads "Moves to" the lower plan on that date, and the renewal amount is the lower price.

Changed your mind?

Press Keep under your current plan. "You stay on it, and the scheduled change is cancelled. No charge." This works even when sales are closed.

Moving to Free

There is no Move to Free button. To end up on Free, cancel: you keep your plan until the year ends and then have Free.

What about my leagues and seats?

Moving off Collector or Club at renewal removes what they add. A league you own keeps its table but takes no new members. Seats on a Club plan stop giving the plan's features. No data is deleted.
