Renewal and reminders

A paid plan renews automatically every year, at the price then in force, until you cancel.

When will I be reminded?

30 days before each renewal, by email, with the date and the amount. To carry on you do nothing. If not, cancel before that date and nothing more is charged.

Where do I see my renewal date?

On the Plan page: "Renews on" the date, for the amount, VAT included. A date shown there is in Madrid time.

What if I have scheduled a move to a lower plan?

The amount shown is already the lower price. See downgrading.

What if the card fails?

You keep the plan for 14 days. See failed payments.

Can I get a refund on a renewal?

The terms are the same as for any payment: see refunds. That is why the reminder comes a month ahead.
