Cancel your plan

You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the paid year ends, it does not renew, and you then have the Free plan with all your data.

Cancel

  1. Open Plan, and press Manage billing. Stripe's secure page opens.
  2. Choose to cancel, and confirm.
  3. Back on the Plan page, it reads "Cancelled. You keep this plan until" the date, "and it won't renew."

Manage billing always works, even while sales are closed, because whoever subscribed can always leave. Only the account's owner sees it.

On the same Stripe page you can renew before the date.

Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal and your statutory rights, there is no refund for the rest of the paid year. See refunds.

Deleting your account is different

Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once, with no refund for the rest of the year apart from your statutory rights. If you want the time you paid for, cancel first and delete later.
