Refunds

Updated

The rule comes from our terms: "Apart from the right of withdrawal and your statutory rights, there is no refund for the rest of the paid year."

I cancelled. Do I get the rest of the year back?

No. You keep the plan until the year ends. See cancelling.

I moved to a lower plan. Do I get the difference back?

No. You keep the higher plan until renewal, then pay the lower price.

I deleted my account. Do I get a refund?

Deleting cancels at once, with no refund for the rest of the year, apart from your statutory rights.

Do I have any right to one?

The right of withdrawal, if it applies in your case, and your statutory rights as a consumer if a digital service does not conform to the contract. Nothing in the terms limits those.

I think I was charged by mistake

Write to us with the invoice number. A person will look at it. The terms set no time limit for an answer, and we have no self-service refund button.
